I don't know much about this recipe, I ran across it in my fathers hand written cookbook after he passed away
- 2 C Milk
- 1/2 stick butter (4T)
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C bisquick
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C coconut (optional)
Chicken tender fried rice
By Side Passion
Slice onions(green part only) and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
- 3 fried chicken tenders from deli(public-6-8 oz)
- 1 (10oz) bag precooked rice with vegetables
- 2 Tbs egg substitute or one small egg
- 3 Tbs stir fry sauce
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced

1. Heat oven to 375*. Line 2 cookie sheets with heavy duty foil; spray foil with cooking spray

- 3 T red pepper sauce
- 2 T vegetable oil
