Chicken tender fried rice

- 3 fried chicken tenders from deli(public-6-8 oz)
- 1 (10oz) bag precooked rice with vegetables
- 2 Tbs egg substitute or one small egg
- 3 Tbs stir fry sauce
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 25mins
Slice onions(green part only) and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Cook rice blend following package instructions for microwave. Preheat large saute' pan on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add sesame oil and rice; cook and stir for 1 minute to toast rice. Stir in pan fry sauce.
Add egg slowly while cooking and stirring 1-2 minutes to cook the egg. Stir in chicken and green onions; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until hot. Serve.
