Chicken tender fried rice

  • 3 fried chicken tenders from deli(public-6-8 oz)
  • 1 (10oz) bag precooked rice with vegetables
  • 2 Tbs egg substitute or one small egg
  • 3 Tbs stir fry sauce
  • 1 Tbs sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Step 1

Slice onions(green part only) and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Cook rice blend following package instructions for microwave. Preheat large saute' pan on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add sesame oil and rice; cook and stir for 1 minute to toast rice. Stir in pan fry sauce.
Add egg slowly while cooking and stirring 1-2 minutes to cook the egg. Stir in chicken and green onions; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until hot. Serve.
