- 2 Tbs packed dark brown sugar

- 6 pounds pork baby back ribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1-1/3 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar

- 1/4 cup minced fresh gingerroot
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds, optional
Mediterranean Ribeye Steaks

Cover spinach; microwave on HIGH 2–3 minutes or until tender
- 3 cups fresh spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 lb boneless beef ribeye steaks

- 1 C 4% cottage cheese
- 1 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, optional
- 24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 1 can (29oz) tomato sauce
- 1 Tbs dried minced onion
- 1.5 tsp dried basil
- 1.5 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 round loaf of bread (1 pound)

Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Combine bisquick, milk and cheddar and beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds
- 2 C Bisquick
- 2/3 C milk
- 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Note: Lowfat Bisquick, milk and cheese are okay. And Red Lobster uses white cheddar, but this tastes just as good.
