- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups 7-Up
Zucchini Squares

In large bowl, mix zucchini, onion, parsley, salt, garlic and cheese
- 3 cups zucchini, very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 3 medium red onions
- 2 lemons
- 1 large container baby arugula or 2 small containers
- pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)

- bacon drippings or peanut oil
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 envelope “Good Seasons” Garlic and Herb Salad Dressing
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 large can chopped tomatoes
- 2 pints Guinness stout
- 4-6 cups beef broth
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (Crystal is the best)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pkgs. pearl onions, peeled
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 t dried rosemary
- 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 leeks, chopped (white parts only)
- 1 pkg frozen peas
- 1 medium rutabaga, peeled and chopped
- white mushroom caps, stems removed
- 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes (omit if serving stew with mashed potatoes)
- 1 pkg baby carrots
- 2 medium kohl rabi, peeled and cubed

- 8 small-medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped (a variety of both sweet and tart - about 6 cups worth)
