1. Add all ingredients except the butter and black sesame seeds in the order recommended for your bread machine
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- Topping
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds (you may find these in an Indian or Chinese shop, otherwise, use regular sesame seeds)
Sausage Stuffed French Bread

- 1/4 cup chopped celery

Heat the oil in the cooker
- 1 cup water
- 20 cilantro sprigs, with stems, finely
- chopped
- 2 large poblano, pasilla peppers,
- roasted/seeded, coarsely chopped
- 1 red bell peppers, roasted/seeded, coarsely
- chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cups long grain rice, rinsed/drained
- 2 cups boiling water (use higher amount in jiggle top pressure cooker)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder or to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 2 cups whole corn kernels
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)

- 8 Brandt Zwieback toasts
- 8 oz fresh cod or halibut or canned herring
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 packet Sauce Béarnaise dry sauce mix
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds

Method: Fry sausage, remove from pan and drain on paper towels
- 4 to 5 cups cooked rice (1-1/2 cups uncooked)
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 3 branches celery, chopped

- 1 bunch green onions

Grilled Pineapple With Nutella
