Baked Eggs Ranchero

1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C)
- 4 chorizo or Italian sausages

Creamy Tiramasu

Whip the cream using an electric hand mixer for 5-6 minutes or until cream becomes stiff

- 1 tin 397g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packets or 500g mascarpone cheese (i used cream cheese 'cuz we dont get mascarpone here,wonder how it tastes with that,and if any1 makes this with mascarpone pls tell me how it was..:) )

- 2 heads green cabbage, cubed
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 4 carrots, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 red and 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 gallon home made chicken or beef broth
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce or to taste
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- optional: cooked rice
- optional: lemon juice or cider vinegar to taste
