Cream Cheese Stuffed Sausage Balls

- 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Lemon Gooey Butter Cookies

For a lemony sweet treat, try these Lemon butter cookies with the blend of sweet and citrus
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 (8-ounce) box of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 box lemon cake mix (I use Duncan Hines lemon supreme)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Summer Broccoli Salad

In small mixing bowl combine sugar,vinegar & miracle whip,stir well
- 1/8-1/4 cup sugar (to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip or 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I'm not a fan of Miracle Whip)
- 1/2 lb bacon, fried & chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 small broccoli, heads raw cut into bite sized pieces

Harvest Stew with Smoked Sausage

- Canola or olive oil
- 1 (12 ounce) package of beef smoked sausage, sliced into circles
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press
- 2 medium-large carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 medium-large parsnips, peeled and diced
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 6 baby yellow potatoes, cubed (skin on)
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) diced butternut squash
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 tablepsoons chopped parsley

- 1 lb LEAN ground beef
- 1 lg onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can Hunts flavored diced tomatoes (Red pepper and fennel, roasted garlic, sweet onion etc) (14.5oz can)
- 1 can tomato sauce (14.5oz can)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 box chicken stock (32oz)
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp powdered beef stock
- 3 bell peppers (I use 1 big green pepper then 4-5 red and 4-5 yellow BABY bell peppers)
- Cheese for topping (optional)
- Fresh cracked black pepper for garnish (optional)

- 2 large chicken breast
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 soup can of broth (use what the chicken cooked in)
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1 T. all purpose flour
- 6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- pinch of salt and pepper
- NOTE: The 1/2 soup can is using the empty can of cream of chicken soup to measure.
