- 2 TB salted butter
- 2 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Scallions, chopped, white part only
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 TB freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 cup freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 cup good quality white wine
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 TB freshly chopped basil
