Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

Bright lemon and sweet blueberries combine for these tasty cheesecake bars
- For Crust
- 9 graham cracker rectangles
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- For Filling
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries (thawed) (from 8-oz bag)
- For Streusel Topping
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
Cream Cheese and Cinnamon Crescent Rolls

* Begin by rolling out your crescent rolls onto an ungreased cookie sheet
- ~For the rolls
- 1 8 oz. package Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 tub whipped cream cheese
- 2 tb melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar (you can use either white or brown sugar... I perfer brown)
- 1 Tb cinnamon
- ~For the glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tb melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp milk
