Pumpkin Pie with Candied Pecans

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F
- Sugared Pecans
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pumpkin Pie
- 1 frozen 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup sugared pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup Biscoff spread
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 eggs.
- Topping
- 1/2 cup melted Biscoff Spread
- Whipped cream
Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Place bread in greased crock pot
- 8 Slices of bread cubed (stale bread will do)
- 2 Cups whole milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1/4 Cup butter, melted
- 1/4 Cup raisins (mixed dark and white is good)
- 1 Can pumpkin-pie filling
- 1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 Cup Water
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
Cherry Cheesecake Dip

Mix together cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth
- 1 8 ounce block of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 (7.5 ounce) of marshmallow fluff
- 1 8 ounce container of cool whip
- 1 14.5 ounce jar of cherry pie filling

Green Bean Bacon Crockpot

1.Heat the crock pot up on high 2
- 1-2 lbs fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 5 slices of bacon, a chunk of fat back,or a leftover ham bone with meat attached
- 7 cups water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Whipped Frosting

In a medium saucepan, whisk one cup of milk with 5 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 sticks of softened butter (1 cup)
- 1 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
Broccoli - Cooked

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Few shakes of salt and pepper
Brussels Sprouts

- 10 ounce fresh or frozen brussel sprounts.
- 2 Tablespoons of oil
- 1/4 Cup of vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Blueberry Pie

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
- 1 tablespoon butter
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Add flour, baking soda and salt together, set aside
- 2 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Butter
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 Teaspoon Water
- 2 Eggs - beaten until creamy
- 1 - 12 ounce package of chocolate chips
- 1 Cup of Walnuts.
Mussels - White Wine

In a large pot heat wine and butter add shallots, garlic, celery leaves, parsley leaves, thyme, salt and pepper
- 3 lbs of Mussels
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 3 Shallots - chopped very fine
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves - chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup leaves chopped very fine
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
