Pomegranate-White Chocolate Cheesecake

1.Preheat oven to 325°F (160°F)
- Crust & Filling
- 14 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (1 1/4 cups/300 mL finely crushed)
- 2 pkg (6 oz/175 g each) white chocolate, chopped
- 4 pkg (8 oz/250 g each) cream cheese,
- Softened
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Double-Strength Vanilla 4 eggs, room temperature
- Sauce & Garnish
- 1 cup (250 mL) 100% pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) cornstarch Sweetened whipped cream, pomegranate seeds and white chocolate curls (optional)
Whitey's Tomatillo Green Salsa

Combine above ingredients in sauce pan and simmer til well done
- 20 Tomatillos
- 10 - 20 jalapenos (2:1 ratio by weight - sliced)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 Cup white vinegar
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Cups chopped Cilantro
Panna Cotta - Sabinah

Leave the gelatine in cold water for approximately 5 minutes to dissolve
- 400 ml whole milk (1 2/3 cup)
- 200 ml whipping cream (7/8 cup)
- 3 gelatine
- 70 grams sugar (75 grams = 1/3 cup)
- 2 vanilla pods
Cool Whip Frosting

Add pudding mix, milk and sugar
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pudding mix, any flavor
- 1 cup of cold milk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
Chicken Enchilada Pizza

Chicken enchilada pizza from a Pampered Chef party by Erin, March 2011
- 1 pkg (13.8 oz/283 g) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 8 oz (250 g) Colby & Monterey Jack or marble cheese blend (about 2 cups/500 mL grated), divided
- 2 cups (500 mL) diced cooked chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mild green taco sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) loosely packed fresh cilantro
Italian Meatballs

Make balls bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
- 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger meat
- 3/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs
- A little milk to make moist
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 garlic minced
- Dash of Worcester shire sauce
Fruit Cocktail Cookies

mix together and bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
- 1 Cup Shortening
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 2 Cups fruit cocktail drained
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves (optional)
Broccoli and Cheese Soup - Panera

Sauté onion in butter. Set aside
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 ⁄2 medium chopped onion
- 1 ⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1 ⁄4 cup flour
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 ⁄2 lb fresh broccoli (chopped into bite size pieces)
- 1 cup carrot, julienned
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 8 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper

Stuffed Strawberry Treats

1. Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry
- 1 lb large strawberries
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3-4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1. Zest lemons using Microplane® Zester to measure 1 tbsp (15 mL); set aside
- 2 lemons
- 12 oz (350 g) uncooked thin spaghetti noodles
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) reduced-sodium chicken broth (about 3 1/2 cups/875 mL)
- 1 cup (250 mL) grape tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 oz (30 g) fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground black pepper
- 2 cups (500 mL) diced cooked chicken breasts
- 1 cup (250 mL) small broccoli florets
