Brussel sprouts with a vingear/oil mixture.
- 10 ounce fresh or frozen brussel sprounts.
- 2 Tablespoons of oil
- 1/4 Cup of vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 50mins
Precook brussels sprouts until tender and drain. Cut large ones in half.
Mix oil vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Pour mixture over brussel sprouts.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or more.
