Ingredients

    ounce fresh or frozen brussel sprounts.

  • 2

    Tablespoons of oil

  • 1/4

    Cup of vinegar

  • 1

    Tablespoon of sugar

  • 1/4

    Teaspoon salt

  • 1/4

    Teaspoon pepper

Directions

Precook brussels sprouts until tender and drain. Cut large ones in half. Mix oil vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour mixture over brussel sprouts. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or more.
