One Minute Molten Chocolate Brownie

Melt coconut oil in your mug or ramekin (small one)
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (or raw cacao)
- 2 tsp coconut flour
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp honey (more or less to taste)
- 2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
- Chunk of baking chocolate or bar
Carnitas Tacos (slow-cooker)

Pat the pork shoulder dry with paper towels and season generously with sea salt and ground black pepper
- TOPPINGS:
- 2 1/2 pound boneless pork shoulder
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil or bacon fat

- 1 medium orange, juiced

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and put in the refrigerator Melt the chocolate chips/chunks in a double boiler

- 1 small turnip, peeled

- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (or less if you don't love heat)
- 2 small avocados, sliced

- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced

Paleo Brussel Sprout Egg Skillet

- 1/2 medium red onion, diced

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 tbsp ketchup or tomato puree
- 1 jalapeno, finely sliced

- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Sweet Potato Apple Hash

In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, melt lard
- 2 sweet potatoes, diced small
- 2 green apples, diced small
- 1 large yellow onion, diced small
- 2 Tbsp lard
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage (such as the maple sage breakfast from Beyond Bacon
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
Pumpkin Butter

Mix all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook uncovered over low heat for 1 hour or until very thick
- 1 (14oz) can of pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 heaping soup spoon of honey (more or less to suit your tastes)
- 1/4 cup of water
