Nightshade-free Master Tonic

Combine all the solids in a quart mason jar
- 3 oz chopped ginger
- 3 oz chopped horseradish
- 3 oz chopped onions
- 3 oz chopped garlic
- 3 oz chopped turmeric
- 3 oz chopped lemongrass
- 1 qt apple cider vinegar
Collard Greens and Ground Beef

Warm the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat for a minute, then add the onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 white onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp each sea salt, cumin, coriander
- 1/2 tsp each black pepper, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground fennel seeds, turmeric
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bunch collard greens (about 8 leaves), stems removed, sliced into 1″ strips
- 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Cook bacon on stovetop for 2-3 minutes, where it’s partially cooked through but still able to be rolled up
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to 1/4″ thickness
- 4 slices bacon, uncooked
- 0.25 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
Guacamole Stuffed Burgers

- 2 avocados
- Juice from 1/2 a lime
- 1 shallot, finely chopped

- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt (5 ml)
Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Smoothie

In a large stockpot combine the rhubarb, strawberries, vanilla, stevia, and cinnamon
- 3 cups rhubarb stalks, chopped
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 large avocado
- Small handful of ice
- Raw mixed nuts, chopped (optional)
Apple Crisp with Honey Walnuts (Paleo)

Preheat oven to 400. Place chopped apples in 9×13 inch baking dish
- 6-8 c. chopped apples
- 2 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. ginger
- 1/8 t. nutmeg
- 1/8 t. cloves
- 1/4 t. kosher salt
- 1/2 c. honey, divided
- 1/4 c. coconut oil, in solid state
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Squash + Ground Turkey

- 1 kabocha squash, cubed
- sea salt, to taste
- coarse ground black pepper, to taste
- chervil seasoning, to taste

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 6oz can of tomato paste
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1 large jicama
- olive oil, to drizzle (about 2 tbsp)
- salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper

First make your burgers Add all your ingredients for your burgers in a large bowl
- Burgers:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 red onion, minced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 poblano pepper, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fat
- Slaw:
- 1 small head of cabbage or bag of cabbage, chopped
- 2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper, to taste
