- 1 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary plus 2 (6-inch) sprigs

- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup olive oil plus more for brushing
- Flaky sea salt such as Maldon
Sweet Lemon Shrimp

In a medium bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and stir to a medium boil
- 3/4 cup (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 -3/4 cup chili sauce (Asian food section)
- 1/2 cup Imperial Sugar Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
