CROCKPOT STEW

BROWN STEW MEAT, PLACE STEW MEAT IN CROCKPOT, ADD VEGETABLES, SEASONING, AND TAPIOCA
- 1 1/2 -2 LBS BEEF CUBES
- POTATOES CUT INTO CHUNKS
- 2-3 CARROTS CUT UP
- SEVERAL SLICES OF ONION
- 1 CAN WHOLE OR STEWED TOMATOES
- SALT AND PEPPER
- 1 TBSP SUGAR
- 3 TBSP TAPIOCA
Beef Stew

Brown meat drain, mix all ingredients together and cook on low in crock pot for 7-8 hours

- 2 pkg McCormick beef stew mix
- 1 onion sliced
- 5-6 potatoes peeled & quartered
- 10-12 carrots peeled & sliced
- 6-7 cups water
Olive Garden Stuffed Chicken Marsala

- 1/2 cup smoked provolone cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, flakes if in oil drain first

- 2 TBSP BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP BISQUICK MIX
- 2 EGGS

- 1 1 1/4 1/4 6 cup gravy, 1/4 cup picante sauce, beef, bread crumbs and egg in a large bowl. Shape the mixture firmly into 6 loaves and place into a large baking pan.
- 2 2 400°F. 30 at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the meat loaves are cooked through.
- 3 3 2-quart Heat the remaining gravy and picante sauce in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the gravy with the meat loaves and potatoes.
