- 6 CLOVES GARLIC
- 1-1 1/2 CUP WHITE VINEGAR
- 1/4 CUP OF SALT
- 5 1/2 CUP SEEDED HOT PEPPERS
Italian Pork Kabobs with Summer Vegetables

Prepare outdoor grill for direct medium-hot grilling
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork, loin roast, trimmed,cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
