Impossibly Easy Breakfast Bake (Crowd Size)

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches
- 2 packages (12 oz each) bulk pork sausage
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 cup lightly packed flat-leaf parsley
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 plum tomatoes, cut into small wedges
- 2 pounds skirt steak, cut into lengths short enough to fit into a skillet
