CHILI CON QUESO

Mix ingredients in bowl and microwave until smooth
- 1 stick mexican velveeta cheese
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 1/2 T minced onions
- garlic
- 3 splashes worcestershire sauce
- ground black pepper
PESTO BASIL
By gailg
Mix together in a blender to form a smooth paste
- 1 C fresh basil
- 1 T pignoli (pine nuts)
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper
SNICKERS SALAD

Blend marshmallow creme and cream cheese
- 1 large jar marshmallow creme
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1 small tub cool whip
- 1 box snickers poppables or 6 snickers bars (cut up)
- 5-6 Granny Smith Apples
ARTICHOKE DIP

Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
- 1 can 15 1/2-oz artichoke hearts, drained
- 8 oz grated mozzarella
- 3/4 C mayonnaise
- 1/2 can chopped green chilies
- dash of garlic
CHICKEN FAJITA PIZZA

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 T oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 green or red bell pepper
- 1/2 C mild salsa
- 8 oz shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 2 x 1/2" strips
- 1 medium onion
- 1 or 2 t chili powder
- 1 package Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
STUFFED SHELLS

Cook shells in a large pot of boiling water according to the instructions on the box
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese
- 1 T parsley flakes (fresh or dried)
- 1/4 C shredded mozzarella cheese
GLUHWEIN

Simmer all ingredients for 1/2 hour
- 1.5 liter red wine
- 1/2 orange, quartered
- 1/2 lemon, quartered
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 20 whole cloves
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 1/2 t allspice
- splash cognac or brandy
HOT CINNAMON ROLLS

Grease 9"x13" pan and sprinkle nuts in
- chopped pecans
- 20-24 frozen dinner rolls (Rhodes brand)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1-2 t cinnamon
- 1 package butterscotch instant pudding
- 2-4 T milk
CINNAMON BROWNIES

In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa and baking soda; blend in 1/3 C melted butter
- 3/4 C baking cocoa
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 2/3 C butter, melted, divided
- 1/2 C boiling water
- 2 C sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 t vanilla
- 1-1/3 C flour
- 1-1/2 to 2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 C (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- FROSTING
- 6 T butter, softened
- 1/2 C baking cocoa
- 2-2/3 C powdered sugar
- 1 to 1-1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/3 C evaporated milk
- 1 t vanilla
MOUNDS BARS

Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter
- 2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 1/2 C flaked coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz chocolate chips
