7-LAYER BARS

Layer ingredients in order in 13"x9" pan
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 1 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1 C shredded coconut
- 1 (6oz) package chocolate chips
- 1 (6oz) package butterscotch chips
- 1 (15oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 C chopped nuts
GREEN SLUSH PUNCH

Dissolve jello in 9 cups of boiling water; cool
- 3 small packages lime jello
- 4 C sugar
- 16 0z lemon juice
- 2 46-oz pineapple juice
- 2 litter bottle 7-up or Sprite
MINT CHOCOLATE DELIGHTS

PREHEAT oven to 325 degrees
- 2 C flour
- 2/3 C baking cocoa
- 1 t baking sode
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 C (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2/3 C granulated sugar
- 2/3 C packed brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 2/3 C (10 oz) dark chocolate and mint morsels
MEXICAN CASSEROLE

Brown meat and onions, pour off any excess grease
- 3 lbs ground chuck
- 2 chopped onions
- Lowery's salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 2 cans Ranch style beans
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- large package of soft tortillas
- 2 lbs sharp shredded cheese
CRISPY EASTER NESTS

Mix marshmellow creme, peanut butter and melted butter
- 7 oz jar marshmellow creme
- 1/4 C creamy peanut butter
- 2 T butter, melted
- 5 oz can chow mein noodles
- Powdered sugar
TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Brown meat and drain fat. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 C Cheddar cheese
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1 (2 lb) bag Tater Tots
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- season to taste
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3 T butter
- 1 t lemon juice or vanilla
- 1/2 box powdered sugar
BUTTER PECAN MOUSSE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 C pecans (chopped)
- 2 T butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 C whipping cream

- 1 1/2 C shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 to 1-1/4 lb. boneless chicken breast (4 to 5 breast halves)
- 1 C crushed buttery crackers
- 1 T butter, melted
CHERRY DESSERT

Mix butter and graham cracker crumbs and press into oblong baking dish, reserving 1 C of crumb mixture
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 package graham crackers, crushed
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 2 C Cool Whip
