- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 egg
- 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 lb sliced Provolone cheese
- garlic
- oregano
- Parmesan cheese
- black pepper and salt
PARTY CHEESE BALL

Place cheeses in small mixer bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 3/4 C crumbled blue cheese
- 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C minced onion
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- Green olives
PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS

Cream together butter, sugars, egg and peanut butter
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C peanut butter
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 C flour
- 1 C oatmeal
- 6 oz bag chocolate chips
- 1/3 C peanut butter
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- milk
AUNT JUNE'S KEY LIME PIE

Blend ingredients in blender or mixer for 15 minutes
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz light cream cheese
- 1/2 C lime juice (3-4 limes)
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 drop green food coloring (optional)
- graham cracker pie shell
CHINESE FRIED RICE

About 2 1/2 hours before serving prepare rice and chill
- 1 C long grain rice
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 8 oz package bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 T chopped green onions
MANDARIN TOSSED SALAD

Combine lettuce, celery, parsley, green onions and mandarin oranges in salad bowl
- DRESSING:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce (bite-sized pieces)
- 2 C celery chopped
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 green onions with tops, sliced
- 2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges, well drained
- 1/2 C slivered almonds
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 t salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1/2 t Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 C salad oil
CHEESY POTATOES

- 1 package O'Brien frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- large container sour cream
