Glazed Apple Pie Bars

Heat oven to 350°F. Beat egg yolk in small bowl

- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 8 to 10 medium (8 cups) tart cooking apples, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 reserved egg white
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
Coconut Cream Bread Pudding

Lightly butter the bottom of a 9-inch square flameproof baking dish
- Butter, for dish
- 1 (16 to 20-inch loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 (13 1/2-ounce) cans unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 (13 1/2-ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- Pinch mace
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut, plus 1/2 cup, toasted for garnish
- Chocolate Velvet Sauce, recipe follows
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Baked Chicken Tortillas (Jack Tite)

Cook chicken, drain and cut into bite size pieces and mix with taco seasoning, set aside
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken breast
- 3 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans milk (use the cans from the soup)
- 2 or 3 small cans green chilies
- 2 1/2 pints sour cream
- 20 flour tortillas
- 8 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese
Easy Cinnamon Rolls (Sue Cartwright)

- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar

- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp low-fat buttermilk
- 1-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar

- 5 ) 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 6 ) 2 tablespoons molasses
- In 13x9 inch baking dish or large plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well.
