Herb Roast Chicken (Tanner Foxall)

1. Preheat the oven to 350F
- 1 roasting chicken (about 4 pounds)
- 1 (12-ounce) package herbed bread stuffing
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 ounces prosciutto or baked ham, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
TEDDY'S WALDORF SALAD ( Richard Tite )

Stir together miracle whip and mustard
- 1 ) 6 apples, diced Edit Delete
- 2 ) 3 cans pineapple chunks, drained thoroughly Edit Delete
- 3 ) 1 small bag of grapes Edit Delete
- 4 ) 4 stalks celery, chopped Edit Delete
- 5 ) 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts Edit Delete
- 6 ) 2 (10 oz.) bags of miniature marshmallows Edit Delete
- 7 ) 16 ounces miracle whip Edit Delete
- 8 ) 1/4 teaspoon mustard Edit
CHICKEN SALAD (Janet Tite Hahnenkamp )

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate
- 1 ) 2 - 3 cans chicken (drained)
- 2 ) 1/2 - 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 3 ) 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 ) 2 - 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 5 ) 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 6 ) 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 7 ) 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 8 ) 1/2 cup purple seedless grapes, halved
Potato Patties (Lou Hooven)

Combine mashed potatoes, egg, salt, and pepper
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- enough flour to handle potato mixture
Linguine with Artichokes (Debbie Murphey)

Cook the linguine noodles according to the package directions
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1 can ( 14 1/2 oz can) diced tomatoes
- 4 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup chopped drained sun dried tomatoes
- 3 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- pinch of pepper
- 1 jar of artichokes hearts, drained and halved
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 16 oz. linguine noodles
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil

- 1 ) 2 cups flour
- 2 ) 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 container (6 oz) fresh raspberries

- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

- 1 roll (12-count) raw buttermilk biscuits
- 1 gallon vegetable oil
- Powdered or cinnamon sugar, to garnish
Caramel Sticky Rolls (Shirley Frazier)

- 12 frozen dinner rolls
- 3.4-oz. pkg. cook & serve butterscotch pudding mix
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed

- NON-ALCHOHOL VERSION:
- 3/4 ounce Stolichnaya Vanil (vanilla flavored Russian vodka)
- 3/4 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur
- 3/4 ounce frangelico (Italian line of hazelnut liqueur)
- 3/4 ounce half-and-half
- 1 scoop crushed ice
- 1 martini glass chilled
- 2 speared cherries for garnish
- 1 ounce chocolate syrup
- 1 ounce vanilla syrup
- 1 ounce milk
- 1 ounce peanut butter
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 collins glass
- Aerosol whip cream for garnish
- 1/2 ounce chocolate syrup drizzled on top for garnish
- 1 maraschino cherry for garnish
