Jelly Bean Cookies Recipe (LeVan & JaNay Fipps)

Directions Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 1 C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 C. jelly beans, cut in half (or teeny ones)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 C. blanched almonds, finely chopped
OZARK CORN CHOWDER (Nathaniel Tite)

Fry bacon until crisp. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons bacon fat
- 6 strips bacon
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. diced turnips
- 2 c. white corn
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Sam's Chicken Casserole

I started out by cubing up the chicken into bite size pieces
- 3 boneless chicken breast or 2 small cans of chicken
- 1 small jar alfredo sauce
- 1 regular size jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 package tortillas (size is up to you)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can mushrooms-drained
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups favorite shredded cheese
OATMEAL COOKIES ( Dorothy Tite )

Combine oats, sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon
- 1 ) 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2 ) 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 ) 3/4 cup flour

- 7 ) 1/2 cup shortening, melted
TANGY GARLIC WINGS (Larry Tite )

In a large bowl, combine ketchup, butter, vinegar, mustard, chili powder, garlic salt, and hot sauce

- 2 ) 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 ) 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 ) 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 5 ) 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 6 ) 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 7 ) 2 dashes hot sauce
- 8 ) 4 1/2 pounds chicken wings
Pineapple Cheesecake (Bobby Hooven)

- Pineapple Filling:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 can (1 pound, 4 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, not drained
- Cheesecake Filling:
- 5 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1-3/4 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1-1/4 cups sour cream
- 1 can (1 pound, 4 ounces) pineapple slices, drained
Creamed Onion Bake (Lindsey Tite)

Heat half the butter in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until melted
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Cornbread Stuffing
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 3 large onions, cut in half and sliced (about 3 cups)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
Bacon-Wrapped Brown Sugar Smokies (Kathy Little)

Cut bacon into 1/3's. Wrap 1/3 cut bacon strips around each lil' smokie and secure with a toothpick

- 1 (16 ounce) packages Little Smokies sausages
- brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water or pineapple juice

- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 C. cake flour or all-purpose flour
- Pinch salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 Tbs. cold butter
- 7/8 C. milk (low-fat is ok)
- Sweetened whipped cream
Never-Fail Egg Noodles
