Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad (Mitch Lemmon)

Cook the bacon until crisp; remove to drain on a paper towel, chop and set aside
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 2 cups of uncooked small shell pasta
- Olive oil (see directions)
- 2/3 cup of real mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons (or 1 packet) of Hidden Valley Ranch
- or Bacon Ranch dry dressing mix
- Couple splashes of milk
- 1/2 cup of Le Sueur peas, or other young
- sweet pea, well drained
Cabbage Rolls (Kathy Little)

Mix ground chuck, italian sausage, salt, and pepper
- ROLLS:
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
- 2 packages onion soup mix
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 teaspoon beef base dissolved in 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 4 eggs
- 2 medium sized heads cabbage
- 1 jar sauerkraut
- 1 large sliced onion
- 5 bratwurst (i only use Johnsonville)
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- SAUCE:
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 can tomato sauce (14 oz)
- 1 small can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- water
CHICKEN CASSEROLE ( Lou Tite Hooven )

Put ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan
- 1 ) 1 cup mayonaise Edit Delete
- 2 ) 2 1/2 cups minute rice Edit Delete
- 3 ) 5-6 chicken breast, cooked Edit Delete
- 4 ) 1/2 cup chicken broth (or more) Edit Delete
- 5 ) 2 tablespoons onion flakes Edit Delete
- 6 ) 1/2 cup celery, sliced thin Edit Delete
- 7 ) 2 cups cream of chicken soup Edit Delete
- 8 ) 1 box Stove Top Dressing
Garden Ranch Dip (Cindy Pollard)

MIX all ingredients except crackers
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
- WHEAT THINS Multi-Grain Snack Crackerss
Green Monster Slush (Ty Suhre)

Mix ingredients together. Add green food coloring
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 2 small cans frozen lemonade
- 1 small can limeade
- 2 cups water
- 16 ounces 7-up
- green food coloring

Mix flour, cocoa, salt and sugar together in saucepan
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla

- 6 C. French bread, cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 2 C. chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 10 eggs
- 2 C. milk
- 1/4 C. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 C. chicken broth
- 1/2 C. green onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Crazy Pizza Crust (Kay Tite Pollard)

Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Batter:
- 1 C. Pillsbury Best all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning or leaf oregano
- 2/3 C. milk
- Topping:
- Meat mixture
- 1 can (4 oz.) well-drained mushroom stems & pieces, if desired
- 1/4 C. chopped onion, if desired
- 1 C. pizza sauce*
- 1 C. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef or sausage or 1 C. thinly sliced pepperoni sausage.

- 2 medium fully ripe avocados, peeled, pitted
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup green onion slices
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
