- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg

- 1/2 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped

- 1 bag frozen vegetables
- 3-4 medium potatoes (cut up)
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 box beef broth
- 1 qt V8 juice
- 2 tab sugar
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 medium red onion (chopped)
- 1 tab dijon mustard
- 1-2 cups chopped celery
- 2 tab peppercinni juice
- 1 tab salt
- 1 tab pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1-2 packages of stew meat
