Best-Ever Texas Sheet Cake (Angela Tite)c

MELT 2 chocolate squares as directed on package
- 1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
- 3/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted.

Brown hamburger, add onion, jalapeno pepper, soup, and milk
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 ) 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 ) 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 4 ) 1/2 pound grated cheese
- 5 ) 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 ) 1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 7 ) 1 small pkg. Doritos
- 8 ) 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk

- 5 ) 1 cup sugar
Coconut Cake (Delores Tite Frankford)

Directions: For cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Filling:
- 1 c (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 c sifted self-rising flour*
- 1 c coconut milk
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c sour cream
- 4 T coconut milk
- 1/2 c flaked sweetened coconut
- minute icing:
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 t cream of tartar or 1 T light corn syrup
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/3 c water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 c flaked sweetened coconut for exterior of cake

- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3/4 cups powdered sugar
- Ground cinnamon (optional)

- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2 C.)
- 2 C. whole baby carrots
- 2 stalks celery, sliced (about 1 C.)
- 2 can (10 3/4 oz. each) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 C. water
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 C. all-purpose baking mix
- 2/3 C. milk
