Cream sugar and shortening and butter, add eggs
- 1 ) 2 stick butter
- 2 ) 1 cup shortening
- 3 ) 3 cups sugar
- 4 ) 2 cups brown sugar
- 5 ) 4 eggs
- 6 ) 1 cup milk
- 7 ) 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 ) 2 packages chopped dates
- 9 ) 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 10 ) 2 teaspoons salt
- 11 ) 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 ) 7 cups flour
- 13 ) 6 cups oatmeal (quick)
- 15 ) 1 package walnuts (16 oz) chopped
MOONLIGHT SALAD DRESSING - Kathy Little

Mix all ingredients together except croutons until well blended
- 1 ) 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 ) 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 ) 1/2 package anchovy paste
- 4 ) 2/3 cup parmeson cheese
- 5 ) 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 6 ) 2 cups crushed croutons
- 7 ) salt and pepper to taste

Slow Cooker Chicken Legs with Herbed Onion Sauce (Clifford Nicholson)

1) In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, place chicken drumsticks
- 10 chicken drumsticks (about 2 lb), skin removed
- 2 cups frozen small whole onions (from 1-lb bag), thawed
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
