Unstuffed Cabbage (Rhea Hisey)w

Place the cabbage in a greased casserole dish
- 6 c. chopped cabbage
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. uncooked instant rice
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Fry sausage and chopped onion together until done
- 1 ) 2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 ) 1 can cream style corn
- 3 ) 1 pound R.B. Rices sausage (medium)
- 4 ) 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 ) 3 Jalapeños chopped real fine (remove seeds)
- 6 ) 2 eggs
- 7 ) 1 can green chilis (4 oz)
- 8 ) 1 cup cheddar cheese

Cream shortening, vanilla and sugar together until light and fluffly
- 1 ) 3/4 cup shortening
- 2 ) 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 ) 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 ) 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 ) 4 cups flour, sifted
- 6 ) 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 7 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ) 3/4 cup milk
Cheese Zucchini Crisps (Chris & Jennifer Masterson)

Directions Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings; place in a plastic bag
- 1/3 C. Cornflake crumbs
- 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- Dash garlic powder
- 4 small unpeeled zucchini, cut in 1/2 inch strips
- 1/4 C. melted butter

Mix together salad ingredients
- 6 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored (I chopped mine into small bite size pieces)
- 1 cup Havarti cheese, shredded
- 1 C. chopped walnuts
- DRESSING
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- dash salt
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 Tab poppy seeds
Cheesy Rice 'n Tomatoes (Heath Tite)

HEAT dressing in small saucepan on medium heat
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1-1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 1 oz. (1/8 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Stroganoff-Style Chicken (Terry Pollard)

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 ounces)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- Paprika
- 1/2 of a 12-ounce package medium egg noodles (about 4 cups), cooked without salt and drained
Tomato Pie

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- One 9-inch pie shell, baked
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 ounces white Cheddar, grated
- 4 ounces yellow Cheddar, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE (Pam Tite Kubacki)

Cook and stir hamburger, celery and onion until hamburger is light brown, then drain
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 3 large stalks celery, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup cup rice, uncooked
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 1/2 cup chow mein noodles

- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
- 24 Mini NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, cut crosswise in half
