Twice Baked Potato Casserole (Kevin Frankford)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 10 large russet baking potatoes (about 7 pounds total)
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) plus 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 pound bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 pound sharp white Cheddar, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3/4 pound mild Cheddar, grated (3 cups)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten

In a pan, blend together the cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and fresh or ground ginger
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced (or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger)
- 1/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
- 2 c. regular-strength beef broth (or 2 1/4 c., if wine is omitted
Taco in a Bag

Place ground beef in a large skillet
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 4 (2.5 oz.) pkgs. corn chips
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 chopped fresh tomato
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 7 ) 4 Refrigerated Pie Crust
- 8 ) 2 cups powdered sugar
- 9 ) 1 tablespoon vanilla

Milky Way Cake (Adam Price)

Melt candy bars and 1/2 cup butter in sauce pan over low heat
- Frosting:
- 6 Milky Way bars (large)
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1-1/4 cup butter milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 lb. powdered sugaar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (8 oz) pakg cream cheese
MEXICAN CASSEROLE (Kirk Tite)

Preheat oven to 350. Cook chicken breast until done; save half of the juice
- 1 bag Doritoes
- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked and chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes (HOT)
- 1 8 oz cheese whiz
Creamy White Chicken & Artichoke Lasagna

HEAT oven to 350°F. COMBINE chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil, chopped, divided
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE ( Adam Price)
