Stuffed Artichokes

Snip the pointed tips of artichoke leaves, and cut off the stems
- 6 whole artichokes
- 3 slices Italian bread, cubed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
Oven Roasted Potatoes

Scrub potatoes and place in a large pot
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb hickory smoked, thick sliced bacon
- 3 1/2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, freshly grated
- coarse salt
- fresh ground pepper
- fresh parsley
Banana Nut Bread Martini

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass; float a few walnuts on top
- 2 2 2 parts RumChata
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 part banana liqueur
- 1 1 1 part Frangelico
- Walnuts
Mashed Potato Puffs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream, plus more for serving
- 1 heaping cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

- i jar (16 ounce) alfredo sauce
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked brocolli, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
- 21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups spaghetti sauce (optional)
Three Cheese Hot Artichoke Dip

- 1 (8 ounces) block cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (14 ounces) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Dash hot sauce
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper

Slow Cooker Peaches and Cream Tapioca

Spray 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 4 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) peach slices (about 2 lb)
- 3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup peach nectar
- 2 cups granola
- Whipped topping, if desired
Quick and Easy Meat Loaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup Wheaties, crushed
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/8 cup chopped onions
- 1 T tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- More ketchup for topping.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Lasagna Bake

Make the sauce: Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium high heat
- FOR THE LASAGNA:
- 10-15 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (use rotisserie chicken for lots of yummy flavor)
- 12 ounces frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- fresh herbs for topping
- FOR THE SAUCE:
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups milk
