- 1 TB butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450. Center one-fourth of ham on each sheet of Reynolds wrap
- 4 sheets 12x18 inches Reynolds wrap
- 1 pound cooked ham, ¾ inch cubes
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
- ½ c orange juice
- ½ c raisins
- ¼ c maple syrup
- Ground ginger
Caramel Apple Cake

Heat oven to 350. Stir together Bisquick, sugar and milk until blended
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat Bisquick
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 cups sliced peeled cooking apples (about 2 medium)
- 1 TB lemon juice
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup boiling water

- One 25 calorie packet diet hot cocoa mix
- One half medium banana, mashed

- 2 ½ c Kelloggs Bran Flakes cereal
- 1 ¼ c milk

- ¼ vegetable oil
Apple Pie in a Cup

- 1 medium Fuji apple, cored and cubed
- 12 - 15 pieces Red Hots Cinnamon Flavored Candy
- 1/2 sheet (2 crackers) low fat cinnamon graham crackers, crushed
- 2 TB fat free Reddiwip
- Dash cinnamon
Cauliflower Roasted

- 4 cups fresh cauliflower flowerets
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 1/2 TB cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 TB grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/8 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Dash of ground nutmeg
- 1 TB fine, dry breadcrumbs
