Cheesy Bacon & Egg Brunch Casserole

Perfect for a brunch, this casserole can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerated and then baked in the morning
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped, about 1 cup
- 1 (8 ounce) loaf Italian bread, cut into 1-inch cubes, about 5 cups
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, about 8 ounces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Mustard, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground

Directions * In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter and egg (dough will be stiff)

Sangria (pretty in pink)

Stir the strawberries, lemonade concentrate, rose wine, and pineapple juice in a punch bowl until combined
- 2 -(10 oz) pks frozen sliced strawberries thawed
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 (750 milliliter) bottles chilled rose wine such as white zinfandel
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 liter gingerale
- You can add all kinds of cut- up fruit

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) and place rack in the center of the oven
- Linzer Cookies Recipe:
- 1 cup (110 grams) blanched or sliced almonds
- 2 cups (260 grams) all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (227 grams) (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cup (135 grams) granulated white sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon purevanilla extract
- 2 large (40 grams) egg yolks
- Zest of 1 lemon (outer yellow skin of lemon)
- Confectioners' (Icing or Powdered) Sugar for dusting
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Raspberry or Black Currant Preserves or Jam (can use other flavored preserves or jam)

- C nuts, eg. hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts or pistachio or in combination:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Chocolate chips and diced macadamia nuts
- Chocolate chips and almonds (slivered or chopped)
- Almonds and maraschino cherries
- add 2 tsp instant coffee to jazz up a mocha flavor
- experiment to your special taste

- 1/2 cup Catalina salad dressing
