CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE (DIANE'S)

Slice one package of chocolate chip cookie dough into 24 slices
- 2 rolls (20 oz) Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 TBS. vanilla
Almond Joy Cookies

Directions Pre-heat oven to 375°F Lightly grease cookie sheets
- Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups sweetened coconut
- 2 cups chopped almonds
Black-and-White Coconut Macaroons

Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper

- cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

- cups semisweet chocolate chips (12 oz)

Snow ball Cookies

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Confectionery sugar ( XX sugar)
Four Cheese Dippin Biscuits

Take one of the biscuits and use the ball of your hand and flatten it out
- Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits ( They are smaller cans that I buy in a four pack)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- Romano Cheese (shredded)
- Minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
Espresso Crinkles

Preparation 1. Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife
- Ingredients
- 4.5 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1 cup)
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 5 1/4 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso granules
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons light-colored corn syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large egg whites
Potato Skins

Bake potatoes at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft
- 6 medium baking potatoes
- 1/2 LB bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Butter Pecan Turtle Cookies

Heat over to 350. In large mixer bowl combine all crust ingredients except pecans
- Crust:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup whole pecan pieces

- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Holiday Spiral Ham Recipe

- 1 bone-in fully cooked spiral-sliced ham (8 pounds)
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into four wedges
- 1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 3 medium apples, peeled and cubed
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled and cut into chunks
