- 8 soft taco shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- **Demarle mold
- **Demarle perforated sheet
Brown hamburger. Drain off fat and mix in the taco seasoning
Blend in some salsa to hamburger mixture.
Place a hand full of cheese in the bottom of a flexipan.
Place a soft taco shell in mold. Tear another one up to fill in space if needed.
Place some beef mixture on top of shell.
Top with cheese and repeat until all ingredients are used.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 min.
Let cool for 5 min. and unmold and ENJOY! You can also add refried beans, corn, chili peppers, or whatever you like in the layers of the taco pie!
