Slow cooker Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

Instructions Brown ground beef and garlic in a pan
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic
- black pepper to taste
- 1 large (or 2 small) onions slivered
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups thickly sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 can low sodium condensed French Onion soup (or beef broth if you can't find French Onion)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella (or a combination)
Pork Rub

Mix all together- Rub over roast on hour before cooking
- Olive Oil- enough to moisten
- onion powder or finely diced onion
- fresh garlic ( or garlic powder)
- celery flakes
Fresh Herb Penne with Chicken and Tomatoes

Preparation Cook and drain Penne noodles according to package directions
- Ingredients
- 16 oz Penne noodles
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Fresh chopped garlic
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 1 package (10-12 oz) cooked chicken breast strips
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste

One-Bowl Chocolate Mocha Cream Cake

Preparation Preheat oven to 350°
- Cake:
- Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (about 9 ounces)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup hot strong brewed coffee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- Cooking spray
- Mocha Cream:
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen light whipped topping, thawed
- 1/3 cup light chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's Lite Syrup)
Bacon Double Cheese Burger Dip

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat, set it aside and drain the grease from the pan
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 6 strips bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketchup

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- Filling
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Note: You'll need about two lemons for the juice/peel in this recipe. If you don't have enough lemon juice left for the glaze, add water until you get the right consistency.
Bowties and Italian Sausage

Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (12 ounce) package bow-tie pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 18 ounces sweet Italian sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Rigatoni with Broccoli & Sausage

Heat a little bit of olive oil in the deep skillet over medium-high heat and begin browning the Italian sausage
- 1 lb of rigatoni pasta
- 4 cups of broccoli florets – I just bought one bag of pre-cut florets
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced/pressed
- 1 lb of Italian sausage
- 4 anchovy fillets, minced
- 1 lemon – 1 tablespoon of lemon zest & 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- salt and pepper

- 1 1/2tsp peppermint extract
- 3 egg yolks
