- 1/4 cup milk
- 16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits (I used the Pillsbury flakey kind)
- 4 scallions (green onions, spring onions, whatever you prefer to call them)
- 1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
Roasted Potatoes

Directions: Precook the potatoes in microwave till fork inserts easily into potato

- 6 large Idaho Potatoes
- Olive oil
- Seasoning to taste
- 1 small onion diced

- **Demarle perforated sheet
- **Demarle flexipan (to precook potatoes, if desired)
FRIED MOZZARELLA SANDWICHES

Whisk the eggs with some salt in a shallow bowl
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- 4 to 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour (whole wheat flour would work too)
- 5 Tbsp Italian bread crumbs
- 3 oz Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 4 Slices good, crusty bread
- Olive oil, for frying

- 1/4 pound bacon, cooked, diced
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
