Pumpkin Bread Pudding With Gingered Crème Anglaise

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 13x9x2-inch baking pan
- 4 cups - white bread, dry, stale or day-old, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 4 - eggs
- 3 - egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups - milk
- 1 1/2 cups - heavy cream
- 3/4 cup - canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup - Domino® Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. - salt
- 1 tbsp. - rum or brandy
- 1/4 tsp. - nutmeg
- 1 tsp. - cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. - cloves, ground
- 2 tbsp. - butter, cold, cut into tiny pieces
- Crème Anglaise Ingredients
- 1 cup - milk
- 1 cup - heavy cream
- 2 tsp. - ground ginger
- 1 tsp. – vanilla
- 5 - egg yolks
- 1/2 cup - Domino® Granulated Sugar

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube cake pan or 10-inch tube pan
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups margarine or butter, softened
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 cups chopped walnuts*
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 to 6 teaspoons milk

- 2 packages (3 ounces each) ladyfingers, split
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Slow Cooker Turkey and Sweet Potatoes

- 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 turkey thighs, skin removed (1 1/2 pounds)

- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup hot fudge ice cream topping

- 3.4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional topping)
