Double Cheeseburger Bread Bowl

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚F
- 1 sourdough loaf
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced and sauteed
- 1 8 oz package of sliced mushrooms, sauteed
- 1/2 cup packed spinach
- 8 pieces bacon, cooked
Loaded Baked Potato and Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 500 degrees
- 2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 potatoes, cubed
- 1 ⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup green onion, diced
Caramel Banana Cake Roll

This Caramel Banana Cake Roll is a light version to the typical cake roll
- For the Cake:
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- For the Filling:
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup reduced-fat whipped topping
- For the Topping:
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoon fat-free caramel ice cream topping
Fish Fry Batter

Recipe quantities are per 1 lb of fish
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Penzey's Northwoods Seasoning
- Fish: 1 lb tilapia fillets (or similar)
- Fry oil: 1/2-1 gal peanut oil
Broccoli Salad

Place Broccoli, Cheese, Onion, Bacon, and Raisins in large bowl
- Dressing:
- 1 large bunch fresh Broccoli, cut into bite-size florets.
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 small Purple Onion, fine chopped
- 1/2 lb. Bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Raisins, optional
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Wine Vinegar

- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 T. Rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Minced garlic

- 1 T. Sesame oil
- 1 T. Cornstarch
- 1-2 T. Water
- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken breasts/thighs cut into small chunks or strips
- 1 T. Olive oil
- Sesame seeds, (optional)
