Spicy Sweet and Sour Chicken

Place chicken in pressure cooker along with the sliced onion
- 2 1/2 pounds FROZEN boneless chicken breast
- 1 medium onion quartered and sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 Tbsp cold water
- sesame seeds and green onions for garnish if desired
Back Bay Potatoes

1. Boil potatoes until just tender, slice
- 8 sm. Red Potatoes
- 1 med. Onion, sliced
- 5+ slices of bacon
- Grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Grated jack cheese
- Salt & Pepper
BBQ Grilled Corn

Heat grill over medium-high heat
- 4 ears corn on cob
- 2 limes, juiced
- A drizzle extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning, a palm full
- 1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
Mother's Day Pasta Sampler

Directions Heat a large pot of water to a boil, salt liberally and cook pasta to al dente
- Pasta with Peas:
- Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds bow tie pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock, plus more if needed
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 (10-ounce) box frozen peas
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 10 leaves fresh basil, torn or shredded
- A handful mint leaves, finely chopped
- Pasta with Carrots:
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 (10-ounce) box frozen cooked carrots or baby carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- A few dashes hot sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- Pasta with Peppers:
- 1 (16-ounce) jar roasted yellow or red peppers, drained (about 5 to 6 peppers)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
- A handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, to taste

- 3 bananas
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour

- 14 oz. smoked sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, red or green
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
