Mix everything together except for the butter
- Cake:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter,
- melted Topping:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- enough milk to make a runny glaze about 6 or 7 tablespoons
- 1 tsp. vanilla

- BROWNIE LAYER:
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- COOKIE DOUGH:
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature or almost melted
- 3/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
- additional miniature chocolate chips, if desired (to garnish the top)
Honey Garlic Chicken

In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, combine honey, garlic and soy sauce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano Coupons
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut crosswise in half
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- FOR THE HONEY GARLIC SAUCE
- 1/2 cup honey, or more, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Honey Mustard Roasted Chicken and Potatoes with Mixed Greens

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 1/4 c. Country Crock
- 6 tbsp. honey, divided
- 6 tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard, divided
- kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 c. Sliced green onions
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 c. mixed greens
Penne a la Vodka II

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in olive oil until tender, 1 to 2 minutes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1 pint heavy cream
Grilled Potato Salad

Preheat grill to medium. Place potatoes into a large bowl
- Dressing:
- Dressing, recipe follows
- 6 red potatoes, par-boiled and quartered
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
- 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Chives, chopped, for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
- Yield: approximately 1/2 cup
Pineapple Right-Side-Up BBQ Sauce

Still experimental, not directly measured quantities
- 2 Cups Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Honey Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup A-1 Sauce
- 1/4 cup Molasses
- 1 T Soy Sauce
- 1 T Tabasco
- 1/2 T Kosher salt
- 1 4oz can Pineapple juice
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1-2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Chili (Slow Cooker)

Add all ingredients to Crockpot Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or on High for 4-5 hours
- 2 large onions
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 2 green peppers
- 2-3 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 14oz cans of red, black, or white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 14oz can of diced tomatoes
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth

You may substitute 1 pound store-bought, frozen all-butter puff pastry for the homemade pastry here
- FOR THE PASTRY (SEE NOTE):
- 2 cups/250 grams all-purpose flour, more for dusting
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons/50 grams pork lard
- 4 ounces/113 grams cold unsalted butter (1 stick), cut in 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup /118 milliliters ice water
- FOR THE SAUSAGE FILLING:
- 2 pounds/900 grams pork shoulder, not too lean, ground coarse
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon mace
- 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
