Honey Garlic Slow Cooker Ribs

1. Season ribs evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder
- 1 (2 1/2–3 lb) rack of pork ribs, halved
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
Smoked Pulled Beef Sauce

Heat to combine; Reduce by 1/4 to 1/2 * For Pulled Beef: Smoked 10-12 hours until beef reaches 205 degrees
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 1 1/2 cups Apple Juice
- 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 T Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Honey Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 T Heinz 57 Sauce
- 1 T Tabasco
- 1 T Molasses
- 1 T Hickory Liquid Smoke
- 1 T Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
- 2 T Skinner's Beef Rub
- 1/4 Tsp Sage
- 1/2 cup Honey
Foolproof Pan Pizza

1. Combine flour, salt, yeast, water, and oil in a large bowl
- 400 grams (14 ounces, about 2 1/2 cups) bread flour
- 10 grams (.35 ounces, about 2 teaspoons) kosher salt, plus more for sprinkling
- 4 grams (.15 ounces, about 1 teaspoon) instant yeast
- 275 grams (9.5 ounces, about 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons) water
- 8 grams (.25 ounces, about 2 teaspoons) extra-virgin olive oil, plus more to coat pans and drizzle
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce, such as our New York-style pizza sauce
- 12 ounces grated full-fat, dry mozzarella cheese (see note above)
- Toppings as desired
- Small handful torn fresh basil leaves (optional)
- 2 ounces grated parmesan or pecorino Romano cheese (optional)

BBQ Cheeseburger Nachos

1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C
- 9 ounces tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
