Pink Lemonade Pie

For the Crust: Mix cracker crumbs and powdered sugar together until well blended
- Crust:
- 100 Ritz Crackers, crushed (3-4 sleeves of crackers)
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2/3 c. butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (6 oz) pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 (12 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
- red food coloring (I made mine a little more pink)

Taffy Apple Dip

Soften cream cheese at room room temperature
- 1 box (8 ounces) 1/3 less-fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup packed, light brown sugar (for depth of flavor, I replace 1/4 cup with dark brown sugar)
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- optional - 1/2 cup chopped peanuts for topping
- 6 apples, your favorite variety, washed and cut into wedges
