- 3 tablespoons milk, more if needed to reach dough consistency
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
- 16-ounces white dipping chocolate
Autumn Chopped Salad

*On a large platter, combine the lettuce, pears, cranberries, pecans, bacon and feta cheese
- 6 to 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 medium pears, chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 4 to 6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- Poppy seed Salad Dressing (I like T. Marzetti)
- Balsamic Vinaigrette (I like Newman’s Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette)

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Drunken Butter Rum Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- For the Cupcakes
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box butter recipe cake mix (or yellow if you cant find it)
- 1 3/4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix (about half a standard packet)
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup whole milk, cold
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- For the Butter Rum Glaze
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- For the Rum Buttercream frosting
- 16 ounces confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons dark rum, plus up to 2 tablespoons more, as needed

- 1/4 1/4 1/3 cup banana, mashed (about 1/3 of a large banana)

- 1 1 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1 1 egg
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 1/2 to 3/4 coconut flakes (I used Tropical Traditions unsweetened shredded coconut. They are unsweetened and very fine flakes. If using Baker’s or grocery-store brand shredded coconut, increase to 3/4 cup)
