CHOCOLATE CHERRY DUMP CAKE

Preheat the over to 350. In a 9 x 13 cake pan: Dump the 2 cans of cherry pie filling into the bottom of the pan
- 2 cans of cherry pie filling (21 ounces each)
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 2 sticks of butter, sliced into 12 pieces each
- 2.25 ounce bag of chopped pecans
- 1/8 cup white sugar
Grasshopper Brownie Bars

To make the brownie base: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- For the brownie base:
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dark unsweetened cocoa powder (like Valrhona)
- 5 ounces good quality dark chocolate (60 to 72%), coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- For the buttercream:
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter, softened but still cool, cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons creme de menthe
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- For the chocolate glaze:
- 6 ounces good-quality dark chocolate (60 to 72%), coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened, cut into cubes
Tater Tot Pizza Casserole

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8-oz.) can pizza sauce
- 2 oz. sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen potato nuggets (about 3 1/2 cups)
Napa Cabbage Miso Pork Stew

Preparation Instructions Put the pork pieces into a bowl
- 1/2 pounds Boneless Pork Chop, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Mirin
- 1/2 teaspoons Chinese 5 Spice Powder
- 6 whole Shallots, Peeled
- 4 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 1 piece 1 Inch Knob Ginger, Peeled And Sliced
- 1 cup Water
- 4 whole Small, Plum Tomatoes
- 1/4 heads Head Of Napa Cabbage (1/2 Head If It Is Small), Cut Into 2 Inch Pieces, Leaves And Stems Separated
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Sea Asparagus (or Mushroom Of Choice), Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Miso Paste
- 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Tiramisu Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 5 large eggs, separated
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 1/2 cup cake flour, (not self-rising)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder, for dusting
- 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup plus 1 1/2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 3 tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur, such as amaretto
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
Crack Potatoes

- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 (3oz) bags real bacon bits
- 2 packages Ranch Dip mix
- 1 large (28 - 30oz) bag frozen hash brown potatoes - shredded kind, thawed
Peanut Butter Pie

Everyone loves Peanut Butter Pie!
- For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 Tablespoons melted butter
- For the filling:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup peanut butter (I use smooth)
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips (completely optional, I prefer to use the mini chips, but did not have any on this particular day)
Rice Balls With Coconut Milk

Blend Rice Flour And Water Into A Dough
- 1 Cup Glutinous Rice Flour (malagkit, Sold In Oriental Stores)
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 3 Cups Coconut Milk (sold In Oriental Stores), Thinned With 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Cups Large Pearl Tapioca
- 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Cream (sold In Oriental Stores)
Crab Rangoon

Step 1: In a bowl cream the cream cheese, soy sauce, green onions and garlic powder
- 12 ounces of cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 50 wan ton wrappers
- 1 cup imitation crab meat (or canned)
- 2 green onions (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 egg (beaten)
- oil (for frying)
Muffin Tin Tacos

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 24 wonton wrappers (in the produce section)
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili oil (in Asian food section)
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 of a block Mexican Velveeta
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup Mexican cheese, shredded
- sour cream and/or guacamole, optional
