Crockpot Stroganoff Soup

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (16 ounce) package dry egg noodles
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut into small pieces
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 2/3 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 teaspoon steak sauce
Chocolate and Coconut Cream Pie Bars

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Crust Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, cut into 10-12 pieces

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 6 ounces (about 1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
- Coconut Cream Filling Ingredients:
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
- Whipped Cream Topping Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar

Pineapple Thumbprint Cookies

These pineapple thumbprint cookies are delightfully tropical and sweet
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup coarse sugar
- 1 whole egg, beaten (only If needed as an egg wash)
- 1/4 cup pineapple preserves
Oreo Cookie Cookies

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 20 oreos, crushed
Bacon Cheeseburger Rice

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1-3/4 cups water
- 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickles
- 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Apple Pudding Cake with Cinnamon-Butter Sauce

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with shortening
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chopped peeled or unpeeled cooking apples (2 medium)
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cherry Salad

First, completely drain the crushed pineapple
- 1 can - Cherry pie filling (usually only comes as 24oz)
- 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 can of Crushed Pineapple (usually only comes as 8 oz)
- 2/3 bag Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans (optional)
- 16-24 oz Cool Whip (personal preference richer flavor or stretch for more people)

- 1 1/4 pounds bar cream cheese (20 oz), room temperature
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- CAKE:
- Butter, for greasing the pans
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pans
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups good cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup buttermilk, shaken
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 extra-large or large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- FROSTING:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar (more or less, depending on consistency, your preference)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter (not natural)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Wild Rice Soup

In 3-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
- 1 medium carrot, coarsely shredded (1 cup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup Original Bisquick® or Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, if desired
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups canned or frozen cooked wild rice
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Pineapple Lemonade Punch
