Pepperoni 'n Cheese Crescents

- 24 slices (about 5 oz.) pepperoni
- 2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup tomato pasta or pizza sauce, heated

Rolo Brownie Bites with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1 box fudge brownie mix plus necessary eggs, oil & water per package instructions (or your favorite homemade recipe)
- 24 Rolo candies plus extras for the cook's snack
- 4 TBS. butter, softened at room temperature
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 2 TBS. caramel sauce
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
Beef n Rice Bake

In a large skillet, cook the beef, celery and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain

- 3 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped

Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 well-beaten egg yolks
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- Dash salt
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 (4 serving-size) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 2 baked pastry shell

Penne with Italian Sausage and Peppers

1 Cook penne in large saucepan to desired doneness as directed on package
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. uncooked penne (tube-shaped pasta)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 6 hot or spicy Italian sausage links (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups diced Italian plum tomatoes
- 1 (15-oz.) can Italian-style tomato sauce
- 1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Asiago cheese

- 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Bag of Sweetened Dried Cranberries (6 oz.)
- 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
Pina Colada Trifle

Heat oven to 350 F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 box (18.25 ounces) pineapple or banana cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup lemon yogurt (from two 6-ounce containers)
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1-1/2 cups marshmallow cream
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup maraschino cherries
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut for garnish, if desired

- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole, toasted macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp rum
- 2 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
