Turkey Wrap with Cucumber Cream Cheese

Stir cucumber into cream cheese, spread on tortillas, layer with turkey slices and roll up
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 4 tablespoons softened cream cheese
- 3 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 pound sliced smoked turkey breast
Pineapple No Bake Cheesecake

Refreshing Pineapple No Bake Cheesecake
- CRUST:
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (see note below)
- 12 ounces fresh pineapple, pureed
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tub (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- GARNISH:
- Whipped topping, optional
- Fresh pineapple, optional
Rolo Cheesecake Bars

Crust: STIR ALL TOGETHER AND PRESS INTO A 9X13 PAN LINED WITH NONSTICK FOIL
- CRUST:
- 3 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 STICKS MELTED BUTTER (16 TABLESPOONS)
- Filling:
- 2 8-OUNCE PACKAGES OF CREAM CHEESE
- 2 EGGS
- 1 C. SUGAR
- 1/4 C. FLOUR
- 1 pkg Rolos
- GLAZE:
- 1 STICK BUTTER
- 6 OUNCES CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- LIGHT CORN SYRUP
Hawaiian Quesadillas

- 4 flour tortillas (7 inch)
- 2 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 oz thinly sliced cooked ham, cut into strips
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
Maple Leaf Cookies

Sift flour and salt into a medium bowl
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for surface
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light-brown sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 3/4 cup maple syrup (preferably grade A)
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 1/3 cup sanding sugar
Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

Preheat broiler.In large skillet over medium-high heat brown the ground beef/sirloin, about 5-6 minutes
- 1 lb. ground beef/sirloin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. steak sauce
- 1 c. beef stock
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
- Provolone cheese, cut into slices or pre-sliced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Buns/Rolls
Cilantro Ranch Dressing

Mix all ingredients together in the blender
- 1 packet TRADITIONAL Hidden Valley Ranch mix (not BUTTERMILK)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 tomatillos, remove husk, diced
- 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno (we like it SPICY so we kept the seeds in it, if you like it mild, just remove the seeds)
Easy Bean and Kielbasa Soup

In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except tomatoes
- 1/2 package (20-oz size) 15- or 16-dried bean soup mix, sorted and rinsed
- 1 package (16 oz) smoked kielbasa sausage, cut lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise into slices
- 2 cartons (32 oz each) Progresso® chicken broth (8 cups)
- 4 medium carrots, chopped (2 cups)
- 3 medium stalks celery, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
Coconut Crunch Cookie Candy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sweet rice flour (see note)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, cold, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or bittersweet, white, vanilla, cherry, etc.)

- 4 eggs
- 1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 Tbsp amaretto liqueur
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
