- 3 cups bread flour
- Olive oil, for greasing surfaces
- 1/3 pounds sharp white cheddar, or any other cheese you prefer

Ooey Gooey Pizza Dip

Note: This recipe is highly versatile, so feel free to mix it up with your favorite pizza ingredients
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. shredded medium cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise (I don't recommend substituting for reduced-fat or fat-free mayo...it's just not the right consistency.)
- 1 c. roughly chopped turkey pepperoni (I think regular pepperoni makes this too greasy!)
- 1/2 c. small diced onion
- 1/2 c. small diced green pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small can (6.5 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 3/4 c. roughly chopped black olives
- 1/4 c. roughly chopped green olives
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, plus a bit more cracked across the finished dip
Walnut Rum Wafers

Preheat oven to 375 degrees with racks in the lower and middle positions
- 2 1/4 cups walnut pieces (7 ounces), toasted
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups packed light-brown sugar

- 1 1/2 teaspoons dark rum
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Sea Salt Caramel: In a small saucepan, combine the cream and the salt

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Brownies:
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

- 3 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup

- 1 cup arborio rice
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 10 ouncebag spinach, coarsely chopped
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
