Chicken Spaghetti

Cook 1 cut up fryer and pick out the meat to make two cups
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken
- 3 cups Dry Spaghetti, Broken Into Two Inch Pieces
- 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Finely Diced Green Pepper
- 1/4 cup Finely Diced Onion
- 1 jar (4 Ounce) Diced Pimentos, Drained
- 2 cups Reserved Chicken Broth From Pot
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon (to 1/4 Teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Additional Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Smoky Potato Skillet Recipe

In a large skillet, saute the sausage, celery and onion in butter until vegetables are tender
- 1 package (16 ounces) smoked sausage links, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups hot water
- 2/3 cup 2% milk
- 1 package (4.9 ounces) au gratin potatoes
Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake With Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cinnamon Roll Batter:
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cheesecake filling:
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
- 2 TBSP flour
- 3 eggs
- Cinnamon Filling:
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 TBSP cinnamon
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3 TBSP unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- milk (if needed to thin frosting)
Seabreeze Cupcakes

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, separated, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup pink grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice
- Zest of 1 small grapefruit
- 3/4 cup chopped cranberries
Zucchini Cakes

Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, in a bowl and mix thoroughly
- 1 large zucchni grated, excess water removed (Note: To do this, after you grate t the grated zucchini into paper towels and squeeze to release the zucchini, put the grated zucchini into paper towels and squeeze to release the water)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- sprinkle of ground nutmeg, about 1/8 teaspoon (Note: If you add too much it can quickly take over the taste, less is more)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
